Wifi update

Management is working diligently with various parties to make sure that all homeowners will have the ability to access wifi. Unfortunatley, due to government regulations, the entire courtyard will not have wifi capabilities, just the east side near the grill and in the amenities area. We appreciate your patience and we will have everything up and running as soon as possible.

Information now made easier!

I would like to introduce you to your new homeowners’ website!

The fastest way to stay in the know about what is happening where you live. You will be able to find first hand information about pool closings, general homeowner information, events, and how to report problems, should you have any. Also available online is a PDF format of the Tribute Lofts Condominium Declarations, how to submit warranty request, and how to contact the management staff in the event of an emergency.

To get started, first logon to tributelofts.net. Click on the news tab and signup to be able to receive e-mail newsletters. You will receive an email asking you to confirm that you would like to sign up for the website.

As you navigate through the website please notice that all the information that you need are at your fingertips. REMEMBER, any warranty request should be submitted via this website. Choose “help desk”, put in all requested information – please make certain that we have a daytime phone number. There is a drop down menu for contact reason, if warranty issue, choose “warranty issue”. That request will be sent to the Manager and Chaote. Chaote is responsible for responding to all warranty requests. If you run into trouble, please contact the Management Office, as we may be able to assist.

Temporary pool closing information

This letter is to inform homeowners that broken glass was found on the pool deck and the Skypad amenity area today. Unfortunately, some of the broken glass was also inside the pool. The pool will have to be drained, scrubbed and vacuumed to ensure that all the glass is removed. Unfortunately, the pool is closed today, but we are working diligently to be able to open it for the weekend. Please be assured that our goal is have the pool operational for the homeowners by the weekend. Signs will be posted regarding the status of the pool.

The Skypad camera recordings were reviewed and unfortunately we have been unable to identify the person(s) who caused the damage. This type of damage causes the association to expend funds to repair the amenity provided to homeowners.

We ask homeowners who use the Skypad to please remember that glass bottles are not permitted outside the Clubroom. In addition, if a homeowner chooses to use the Skypad, please remember to clean that area. Please keep in mind that the Association reserves the right to fine homeowners for any expenses incurred for repairs or cleaning of the amenity area due to misuse.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new website to assist the homeowners of the Tribute Lofts. It will be a valuable resource to both new homeowners and existing residents. Key features include a news and updates section, an information section, a help desk for submitting requests to management, a file center and a section with management's contact information.
